Dear families,
As every year, the month of November coincides with the opening of the enrolment platform for the following school year. The platform will be open from next Tuesday, November 19th for the 2025-26 school year.
Considering the high number of enrolment requests that the school is receiving and the limited number of places in the High School classes (MYP 4, 5 and DP1 and 2) and in Boarding, current Boarding students who wish to confirm their place will have priority in enrollment until December 15.
The same right of pre-emption is also guaranteed to Day students who decide to join the Boarding experience in the MYP4-5 and DP1-2 class years to take advantage of the dedicated study support services and an enhanced opportunity to focus on their studies and personal growth. Students can also directly experience life on Campus thanks to the “flexi boarding” service that allows them to stay for one or two days during the school week in the school’s Boarding facilities. In case of enrollment in the full service for 2025-26, we have provided a voucher equal to 25% of the value of the flexi boarding services that can be spent or discounted from the school costs in the 2025-26 school year.
After December 15th, based on the availability in each class, we will open the possibility to new enrolments.
At this link you will find the fee plan for the 2025-26 school year, which includes a 3% adjustment compared to last year.
The payment methods remain unchanged, the January 31 deadline for the Early Bird registration fee (1,500 euros instead of 2,500), as well as the 2.5% reduction in the fee in case of payment in a single solution by 31/05.
The installment payment method in 11 or 8 monthly installments – both with payments starting from 30/6 – remains unchanged and interest-free at a cost of 250 euros for the activation.
We remind you that at the time of registration only the payment of the Registration fee is required.
In case of registration after May 31st, the 2.5% discount foreseen in case of payment in a single solution will lapse.
To resolve the frequent log-in problem through the Magic link, we have changed the access method for the registration platform. From now on, you will access through the email that you communicated to the school (in previous registrations) and a password that you will have to set when you enter the platform for the first time this year. Here you will find a short photographic tutorial to help you with the simple necessary steps that include entering by clicking on the H-IS Account button, clicking on the “Set first password” button. After choosing the password itself made possible by an initial access through a magic link, you can continue accessing the platform with the email indicated above and the password you have set.
You will receive the link to the platform on Tuesday morning, opening day of the enrolments.
