MYP 4 – DP 2: IE University Presentation (Friday, 25th November 2022, 12:30 – 14:00, MYP Music Room)
IE University is a private university with campuses in Madrid, Community of Madrid and Segovia, Castile and León. Join the presentation to find out about the different undergraduate programmes offered across their different schools: IE Business School, IE School of Global & Public Affairs, IE Law School, IE School of Science & Technology, IE Architecture & Design. Join Mrs Alba Conde, Associate Director for Undergraduate Programs for a presentation in person in our Music Room. Parents and families are encouraged to join.
MYP 4 – DP 2: EU Business School Presentation (Monday, 28th November 2022, 12:30 – 14:00, MYP Music Room)
Established in 1973, EU Business School (EU) is an international, professionally accredited, high-ranking business school with campuses in Barcelona, Geneva and Munich, as well as a Digital Campus. Join the presentation in person by representative Chiara Mareschi to learn about their extensive undergraduate options: 7 Bachelor’s Programmes, 8 BAs in Business Management, 7 BA’s in Business. Parents and families are encouraged to join.
MYP 4 – DP 2: Brussels School of Governance Presentation (Tuesday, 29th November 2022, 18:00 – 19:00, online)
The Brussels School of Governance (BSoG) carries out interdisciplinary research, organises fully accredited higher education programmes and delivers a broad range of academic services in various policy-relevant fields, including energy & environment, security & diplomacy, migration & diversity, and digitalisation & democracy. The School is an alliance between the Institute for European Studies (Vrije Universiteit Brussel), which has a long-standing reputation in postgraduate education & research, and Vesalius College, which has a solid undergraduate & graduate education offering. MYP 5 – DP 1: Career Guidance Evening featuring two online sessions on Wednesday, 30th November 2022:
- UK University Summer Trip Info Session (at 18:00)
What’s it like to live and study in London or Cambridge? In the last week of June 2023 H-FARM students will have the opportunity to visit 5 universities in London (King’s College, City, UAL, Imperial, Regent’s, LSE), as well as visit Cambridge University. Students will meet alumni and admissions officers and learn how to prepare UK applications. They will also immerse themselves in London’s bustling life, from attending a West End musical to visiting the London Eye and the Natural History Museum. The session will discuss the outline of the trips and feature Valdo Academics experts’ advice on whether it is still worth studying in post-Brexit Britain, for whom, and why.

Keen to study at Bocconi? Interested in the USA? Fascinated by European business schools? For all of these opportunities, you might need to prepare for an exam called SAT over the next 6 months – yes, even if applications seem far away and occur in your last year of IB. Join us for an information session where we will explain what the SAT exams are, how to prep, and why it is important to prep now if the exams are relevant to you. We will explain how to study autonomously for the SAT, pointing you to the most reputable freely available resources and leading books on the SAT, as well as present the school’s offer via our partner Valdo Academics.
