If you use drivers or ask other people to collect your children, we need you to complete the authorization form to avoid delays. If we do not have a completed authorization form, complete with a copy of the person’s ID, for obvious safety reasons, we will not release your children. Thank you for your collaboration and for ensuring we have all of the information required for a smooth end of day process. NOTE: you need to give authorization every school year (forms from last year are not valid anymore).
