This week our wellbeing team started the new “breathing space” activity from the “mental health month” plan, with some students from MYP1-3. On a voluntary basis students and teachers are welcome to join Mrs. Fiammetta Gioia e Mr. Giuseppe Pedron every week to take the opportunity to spend 5 minutes doing simple breathing exercises to boost their day, the same activity is available for MYP4-5 and DP.
