We are excited to welcome our DP students to H-Farm International School. The students will begin the incredibly challenging and rewarding IBDP. This two-year journey aims to develop well-balanced, independent learners capable of actively participating in a rapidly changing world. The academic programme will be rigorous, with difficult assignments, and students will be able to explore their personal skills and interests through engaging extracurricular activities. By cultivating inquisitive students who are willing to take risks and delve into new realms of knowledge, this demanding experience will fully prepare students for university coursework and the workplace.
To kick off the 2024-2025 school year, we would like to invite all DP 1 students to the DP 1 Bootcamp on Saturday, August 31.
Here is the itinerary:
- 7:30: Departure from H-FARM campus.
- Travel to Peschiera del Garda by private bus for a scenic bike ride through the Mincio river valley.
The bike ride is very peaceful, with no tiring climbs or descents, and the road is extremely wide; for these reasons, it is recommended to everyone. - Picnic by the riverside.
- 15:30: Transfer to Hyperspace Trampoline Park for two hours of energetic and adrenaline-filled activities.
- 17:30: Return to Roncade.
- 19:30: Arrival and dinner at LOVE Pizza & Cocktails.
- 21:30: Student pickup.
The DP 1 Bootcamp will cost approximately 80 euros. Please go to www.h-is.com/application/, select “Trips/Gite” and “DP 1 Bootcamp,” and confirm your child’s participation in the event. The cost will be confirmed on August 3rd, and an email will be sent to the families who confirmed the participation.
