Dear Parents and Guardians,
My name is Anthony Hamblin and I am thrilled to introduce myself as the new Head of PYP at H-FARM International school, Roncade. It is with great excitement and anticipation that I step into this role, and I am looking forward to meeting each and every one of you in the coming days. I chose to work at H-FARM, as it is more than just a place of learning; it is a vibrant community where students, parents, and staff come together to create a nurturing environment that fosters growth, curiosity, and collaboration, and I am truly lucky to be joining the PYP this year.
I am deeply passionate about the PYP framework and how it connects to the broader educational goals of our school. I have been working and leading in IB PYP schools since 2012, and working in countries such as Azerbaijan, India and Qatar. I am also a CIS (Council of International Schools) school visitor, and so am excited about the journey H-FARM has already started with their accreditation.
In the coming weeks, as our students are working on learning how to be at school again, communication from parents is key in ensuring a smooth transition from the holidays, or perhaps from another school or country. There will be many opportunities for you to meet class and specialist teachers, as well as the leadership team over the next few weeks, and I ask that you spend the time to connect, and learn more about how we can work together to support your child’s learning journey.
I am eager to get to know you all better and to work closely with you to ensure that our students have the best possible educational experience. I look forward to meeting you at our upcoming events and to embarking on this exciting journey together.
Warm regards,
Anthony Hamblin
Head of PYP
