Dear Parents,
We would like to inform you that, effective today, occasional use of the school bus will incur a fee of €10 per trip. This measure is being implemented to regulate occasional use and ensure the highest level of safety, while also promoting fairness for those who use the annual bus service.
The occasional bus service will only be accessible for routes with available seats, as listed below. Requests must be made promptly not later than 1:00 pm on the same day, either by emailing office.ve@h-is.com or by calling 0422789503. Once your request is confirmed and your child is authorized to use the service, you will need to complete the required form and proceed with payment via PayPal.
Please note that students who have not received prior authorization through the designated form will not be allowed to board the school bus and you will be responsible to pick them up.

Lastly, please be reminded that boarding students are permitted to use the bus free of charge to travel to and from the Campus.
