- your child to be picked up by a third party that is not a parent or a person you have already delegated in the enrolment form: SIGN HERE (please note: you must do it every year)
- Your child (at least 6 years old) to be picked up from school by his/her older sibling (at least 14 years old): SIGN HERE (please note: you must do it every year and it does not apply to EYU students)
