Details:

  • When: April 1st, 8th and 15th (3 sessions)
  • Where: Roncade (TV)
  • What: Water games at the swimming pool
  • Unit of Inquiry How we organise Ourselves, How we Express Ourselves, How the World Works and our H-Skill Emotions, the Busy Bees will be invited to engage in water games in Roncade swimming pool. This experience will help children to deepen their knowledge about how systems help organise our lives, how to be responsible as well as how we can use our senses to communicate and express our emotions. The water games and activities will help children develop their fine and gross motor skills, provide further sensory stimulation as well as develop emotional resilience.

Logistics:

  • Program: We will leave school at 8.45 and return by lunchtime.
  • What to wear: the students need to come to school wearing their swimming suit under their clothes, with comfortable clothes and shoes, wearing high ponytails (for children with long hair)
  • What to bring: a SMALL sized bag (that they can carry themselves) containing:

1 clean underwear
bathrobe
shower sleepers
swim cap
swimming goggles
full water bottle

  • Snack & lunch: we will be back at school for lunch (students should not bring any food with them)

What to do if:

  • My child can’t participate: if it’s either a scheduled absence or your child is sick, please inform us as soon as possible. Please note: the educational visit is effectively part of the didactic programme of the school. For this reason, we expect all students to participate.

Payment and confirmation:

  • Daily trips are included in the “2024-25 daily trips” payment so no extra payment is needed for this trip.
