We are excited to share that on Thursday, December 12th, our computer science students from grades M4, M5, and DP1 participated in the Computer Science Olympiad organized by the “Ministero dell’Istruzione e del Merito” and the “Associazione Italiana per l’Informatica ed il Calcolo Automatico.” A total of 31 students took part in the “Phase 1” exam. While we will announce the results at a later date, we are extremely pleased with the students’ participation and overall performance, especially given the short notice and limited preparation time.
The real value lies in the exposure the students gained, as well as the promotion of computer science, reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Despite knowing in advance that this challenge would be very difficult, they embraced it with determination, took it seriously, and some even discovered their potential to excel with more preparation.
We are incredibly proud of every student who took part. For us, the real victory is the invaluable experience they have gained.
