Good morning,
we are Mariavittoria Pamio and Jessica Chiara Faè, two MYP1B students.
We are grateful to all the parents who supported our initiative by allowing the PYP children to purchase cookies and cakes that we have prepared for the Bake Sale that we organized on the 11th of March.
We are very proud of the amount of money we raised, €391, it’s a great achievement!
Our goal is to donate the money raised to support the “Coral Restoration Foundation” that protects the coral reefs from the damage that climate change is causing as well as the human action. This association is the largest reef restoration organization in the world. Its headquarter is located in Key Largo Florida. They were founded there in response to the wide-spread loss of the coral species on Florida’s Coral Reef. This organization has been working to turn the tide for this critical ecosystem since 2007.
