Unleash Your Inner Performer with AMDA!
On Saturday, April 12th, students from Y5 to DP2 are invited to participate in an engaging series of workshops presented by the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA). This event offers a unique opportunity to explore various aspects of the performing arts, where students can build confidence, teamwork skills, and creative expression.
This is also a special chance for our Year 5 students to join alongside MYP and DP students, fostering collaboration and inspiration across different age groups. Workshops will include:
- Acting, Storytelling, and Performance – Explore the fundamentals of acting and the art of captivating storytelling.
- Dance – Move to the rhythm and discover how dance brings stories to life.
- Musical Theatre – Combine acting, singing, and dancing to create unforgettable performances.
This is a wonderful occasion for students to push their boundaries, unleash their inner performer, and gain insights into the performing arts industry. Whether they are seasoned performers or just curious to try something new, there is something for everyone. We can’t wait to see our students shine!
