Dear Families,
As previously announced, the enrollment platform for the upcoming 2023-24 school year opens Friday, November 25th at 12 pm noon. The platform is available at this link. Some structural changes have been made to improve the usability of the platform. For this reason, it will be necessary to perform some simple operations that will not have to be repeated for future enrollments.
Firstly, student’s parents’ identity documents will have to be reloaded, the second is to verify that the data already entered in the different fields are correct, and the third is the signature on the enrolment contract that will then remain valid for the entire course of study (PYP, MYP, DP).
Should you experience any malfunctions in the new platform, please report it to office.tv@h-is.com.
Reports of malfunctions will be processed starting Monday, November 28th.
