As part of the ‘Gelateria of the Future’ challenge our EYU students will be given a workshop on how to make Ice Cream. Our workshop leaders are from Gelateria La Romana in Treviso, and they will start with a short story about a girl called Emma who loves Ice Cream, then they will be using Emma’s Kit to create their own. This is a fabulous experience for our students, which mirrors some of the great work the Y4s and the H-FARM College are also doing with the organisation.
