When we returned to school on Tuesday, our students’ excitement was palpable. As always, our students were thrilled to get back to their learning and their friends. Our students have grown significantly over the recent Winter Break and this reminds our team of educators of the wonderful privilege we have to be part of our students’ lives.
Congratulations to all of the PYP students for their wonderful performances during our two Winter Shows. They helped us say goodbye to 2023 with a marvelous celebration of their enthusiasm and performance abilities.
As we head into 2024, and the latter part of the school year, we have a great deal of exciting learning to look forward to across the PYP section. The second half of every school year always provides numerous opportunities for students to consolidate their learning and further develop their understanding and skill development. Additionally, we have upcoming residential trips planned for our Year 3, 4 and 5 students (full details will be sent to parents soon) as well as numerous other educational day visits, and the participation of 16 of our Year 5 students in the Robomed competition in Madrid and our annual celebration of Global School Play Day which will take place on February 7, 2024.
