Important Safety Update: Identification Badge Required to Access the Campus 1920 1080 School Office

Dear Parents,

We would like to bring to your attention an important update regarding our new Campus access policy.

At H-FARM, safety is one of our top priorities. With the increasing number of students and visitors, it has become essential to implement new access rules to ensure the protection of our students. As part of this effort, all students from MYP1 through to College as well as all the staff will be required to wear an identification badge. This badge will display each student’s name and photo and must be presented to security staff upon entry each morning.

Starting next week, students will receive their badges along with lanyards, which they are expected to wear daily. It is crucial for students to present their badges; those without one will be stopped for an identity check to ensure that only authorised individuals are on Campus.

To streamline access, traffic under the main entrance canopy will be carefully managed, ensuring a smooth and orderly entry process. MYP and DP parents are requested to drop off their children at the main canopy, where students will then proceed independently to their classes, reinforcing a structured flow throughout the Campus. As usual, PYP parents may accompany their children to the PYP gate.

All parents can enter the Campus using their “I AM A PARENT” badge. If a parent does not yet have this badge, they should request one at the Welcome Centre.

Badges for students will be distributed to MYP1-5 students during homeroom next week, between 8:30 and 8:45 am. DP1-2 students will collect their badges at the DP Student Office. During this time, each student will sign a confirmation sheet acknowledging receipt of their badge. We kindly remind you that students must take care of their badges, as a replacement fee of €25 will be charged for any lost badges. In case of loss, students are required to promptly inform the Student Office.

To make this new procedure effective and smooth, we ask for your utmost help in making sure that your children have their badges with them at all times.

This policy underscores our dedication to maintaining a safe environment for all students and staff at H-FARM. Thank you for your support and cooperation as we implement these important measures.
