The M1 students recently had an exciting and educational trip to Fenice Green Energy Park in Padova, where they explored sustainability in action. Throughout the visit, they engaged in hands-on learning about sustainable materials, renewable energy sources, and insulation techniques—key concepts that directly connect to their ongoing Eco House projects.
One of the highlights of the trip was the opportunity to test different types of insulation to understand how materials can improve energy efficiency. Students also had the unique experience of building insulating clay bricks, gaining practical insight into how natural materials can be used for sustainable construction.
This trip reinforced their classroom learning, allowing them to see real-world applications of eco-friendly design principles. As they continue developing their Eco House projects, they can draw inspiration from their experiences at Fenice Eco Park to make informed decisions about materials, energy use, and insulation in their designs.
