MYP3: January 30 – MYP4 Subject Fair 2560 1707 School Office MYP & DP

Dear MYP3 Students and Parents,

I hope this message finds you well. Recently, we organised a successful MYP4 subject fair where students had the valuable opportunity to learn about the curriculum offerings, engage in discussions with their teachers, and complete a provisional subject choice form.

Building on this momentum, we are hosting an event next week, primarily aimed at MYP3 parents, but I strongly encourage students to participate as well. This event provides an opportunity for parents and students to address any doubts or queries with the teachers in person.

To assist you in preparing for this event, I am sharing a comprehensive document containing subject briefs for all MYP4 subjects and the current subject blocks (please see image below).

This document will be especially useful as students complete their first subject choice form, which must be submitted by February 6th. Please find the Google Form link here.

If a student has concerns about the current subject blocks, they should still submit the form and include a note in the last box providing additional details. While we cannot guarantee that all requests will be successfully addressed, we will do our best to accommodate them.

Looking ahead, on Tuesday, January 30th, our MYP4&5 Coordinator and teachers will be available to offer support during the event starting at 16:15 in the MYP building.

For those who haven’t completed their enrollment for the 24/25 academic year, access the platform using this link. Please be aware that finalising your enrollment by January 31st, 2024, makes you eligible for the Early Bird discount. Taking prompt action ensures you benefit from this special offer and secures your place for the upcoming school year. Failure to do so may result in available spots being offered to students on the waiting list.

Should you need assistance with the enrollment procedure, do not hesitate to contact the School Office at office.ve@h-is.com.

Thank you for your attention and prompt action.

Warm regards,

Emiliano Cori
