Dear Parents,
We would like to share with you a special experience that enriched our journey in the unit “Art Without Limits.” Our journey began in the classroom, where we explored the concept of art and then experienced firsthand how art has no boundaries by painting a Miró-style painting with our feet. The challenge was present at every moment, encouraging the students to push their limits.
After weeks of preparation, we went to La Nostra Famiglia in Conegliano, where we spent an intense and meaningful day with students with disabilities. Through shared games and artistic activities, our students learned how to develop strategies for overcoming acquired limitations, experiencing situations such as moving in a wheelchair, painting without sight, listening to instructions without being able to hear them, and much more.
It was a truly valuable experience, where our students demonstrated that, with willpower and mutual support, limitations can be overcome. We are proud of their dedication, their sensitivity, and the beautiful interaction they created with the students of La Nostra Famiglia.
