It’s almost time for our EYU and elementary Winter show! Please join us on Wednesday, December 11th at 2:00pm at The Hill. Some important logistic information for all parents:
Access to Campus and the auditorium
- Parents and family members are invited to enter the Hill from 1:50pm
- Parents must wear their Parent badge, as per our Campus access policy: if you haven’t collected yours yet, please do it at the Welcome Center
- Family members arriving with parents (with their Parent badges) will be able to walk in with them, without any additional badge
- Family members arriving separately, have to stop at the Welcome Center to be registered as visitors.
Collecting students after the performance
- EYU students will be first to perform, and then will make their way back to the PYP building (approx 2:20pm). If you wish to watch the rest of the concert with your EYU student, please collect them from the back of ‘The Hill’ after they have performed, and return to your seat with them.
- Y1-5 students collection: after their performance, students will be handed over to parents in the Hill (approx 3pm)
- All afterschool activities will run regularly after the show
- Please remember to use the Bus App if you’re collecting your child, and therefore s/he’s not taking the school bus.
