All afterschool activities for all PYP students (sports, clubs, arts & culture, and paid supervised free play) will start the second week of school, from Monday September 11th onwards.
For this reason all PYP students must be collected on the parking lot side of the large plants near the Welcome Center at the end of the regular school day. The only exception is that students waiting for the 16:35 bus will be supervised after school during this week. The school bus service will start regularly from the first day of school (September 5th). If your child rides the school bus but you wish to collect your child in person, please remember to use the Bus App!
Please note the following dismissal times for the entire first week of school (September 5-8):
- Honey Bees – 12:30
- Busy Bee and Reception Rockets – 15:05
- Year 1 – Year 5 – 15:15 throughout the first week of school.
Children must be collected in the covered area next to the Welcome Center. For the safety of all of our students, we kindly ask that you wait for your child on the parking lot side of the large plants. This allows our teachers to ensure each child is handed over to the correct adult at the end of the school day.
PYP students will not be handed over to parents inside the PYP building, at the PYP gate, at the Welcome Center sliding doors, or on the campus side of the large plants. We thank you in advance for helping us ensure dismissal is safe and stress free for your children and our teachers.
