The PTA Winter Fair is a family event and PYP students will attend with their parents and not as class groups. Students can wear a Christmas jumper to school on Friday, December 16th if they choose to do so.
On Friday, December 16th, PYP students can:
- be collected by their parents at 14:30 (exceptionally at the PYP gate) to go to the Hill for the PTA party
- be collected by their parents at the Welcome Center plants at the usual dismissal time 15:15 to go to the Hill for the PTA Party
- confirm their usual Friday sport activity and be collected by their parents at 16:15 or take the later bus at 16:35
- take their usual 15:30 bus to Treviso
- stay in supervision and take their usual late bus leaving at 16:35
In order to help us with the logistics of this day, please complete this form to confirm your child’s dismissal schedule.
All buses will run normally on that day. Only Vocal Coaching, Graphic Design and the EYU Reading Club will exceptionally be suspended on Friday 16th.
If you do not collect your child at 14:30 to participate in the PTA Winter party, he/she will remain at school until the end of the school day (15:15) and will be dismissed as they normally are to parents, sports activities or school buses or the end of after school supervision (as applicable).
Y5 parents only: we remind you the MYP / DP Building Tour scheduled at 14:00, the meeting point is in the MYP/DP building reception area. After the visit you need to collect your child/ren in the PYP building, and we warmly encourage to enjoy all together the PTA Winter Fair.
