Thank you to all parents who attended our PYP Introduction to the Exhibition workshop. In the session, we explored the major components of the Exhibition, particularly around how this major research project provides Year 5 students with the opportunity to take action about a topic they care about. The Exhibition allows students to demonstrate all aspects of the Learner Profile and to bring to life the skills, knowledge, and understandings of their time as PYP students.
The workshop culminated with parents and students brainstorming topics meaningful to the children so that all students pursue a topic that is personal, meaningful, and powerful.

The next parent workshop will be “Exploring Beyond the Homeroom: A Parent’s Guide to Specialist Session” on Tuesday, March 25th at 8:45 in the PYP Outlook. This workshop will be INTERACTIVE, with parents given the opportunity to take part in Physical Education, Visual Arts, Music, and Technology mini-sessions.
