Detailed list, dates and description of webinars are available here Valdo Academics Webinars. Webinars are offered to H-FARM students and families, but registration is mandatory.

DP1: BespokeLunch Connect session with NYUAD Vice Provost and Vice Chancellor – Friday, March 21st, 1:00 – 2:15 pm @DP Hall FEEDBACK FROM STUDENTS

Following the meeting with NYU Abu Dhabi representative, Mrs Carol Brandt Vice Provost and Associate Vice Chancellor, Global Education and Outreach, NYU Abu Dhabi, our students had the privilege to further inquire on topics like: how does NYU Abu Dhabi integrate global education in its curriculum, what are the key benefits of studying in a highly international environment, how can students make the most of international educational opportunities, how can undergraduate students get involved in meaningful research early in their studies, what are the biggest trends and innovations in genomics today, how can students build a strong application for a competitive university, what are the advantages of an American-style liberal arts education? – just to give you a taster!!!

Please find below the StuCo feedback on the session: “As a group we really enjoyed having this opportunity to speak to a representative of NYUAD. It gave us an opportunity to exchange our thoughts and future plans which gave us clarity about our future choices and interested field of study. We particularly liked the comments she made on the overall diversity which can be found in Abu Dhabi and be offered on campus. And that they are looking for curious students looking to combine their different interests. We are thankful for the school and NYUAD for giving us this opportunity and we hope to have similar experiences which will certainly help us determine life after IB.”
