DP1 – DP2: Lunch Connect on Medicine – Friday, 11 April, DP Cafeteria@13h30-14h45
The University Counseling Team is excited to announce a Lunch Connect session on Medicine for DP1 and DP2 students interested in pursuing medical and health-related fields. We’ve noticed a growing interest in Medicine among our DP1 students and have received feedback that such a lunch connect session would be beneficial to them. This session will be a valuable opportunity for DP1 students to hear firsthand experiences about the intricate application process, summer courses, internships, entry exams, and university research from those currently navigating or finalising this journey. If you’re considering a career in Medicine or a related field, don’t miss out on this chance to gain practical advice and ask questions!

We are pleased to announce a new series of webinars, courtesy of Valdo Academics, designed to support students and parents in navigating the intricate path of university applications. These webinars, conducted in Italian, cover a range of topics from insights on university admissions in different geographies to career planning.
Whether you’re exploring university options in the US, UK, France, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Germany, Scandinavian countries, or simply looking to understand the difference between apparently similar study programs (eg: Economy vs. Business; Psychology vs. Neurosciences; International Relations, Political Sciences vs. Sociology; Engineering vs. Computer Science vs. Mathematics; Design vs. Fine Arts), these sessions offer valuable guidance from expert educators.

Coffee Mornings for DP1 Parents
The Guidance Department, Mrs Mocanu and Head of DP, Mrs Casagrande will be available to meet with parents in small groups at the following times:
- Wednesday April 16th at 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM online at https://h-farm.webex.com/meet/cristina.mocanu
- Wednesday May 7th at 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM coffee morning in DP
During these meetings, we will be sharing with you the work we are doing with your students in class, discuss strategies to support their research and preparation, and answer questions you may have about specific programs.
