As part of our commitment to supporting our student’s overall wellbeing, we are pleased to announce that the School Counselor and her team will be hosting a stress management workshop specifically tailored for DP students.
These sessions aim to equip students with effective strategies to manage stress, enhance resilience, and maintain a healthy balance in their academic and personal lives.
The classes will be held on Thursday 17th and Friday 18th during the Core Sessions and they offer a valuable opportunity to learn techniques that will benefit students both now and in the future. It will be followed by additional specialized sessions, which students can attend on a voluntary basis.
