Esame di Idoneità/Quinta Elementare (Fifth Grade Exam) is an optional, external exam that H-FARM International school has been offering to the parents of Y5 Italian students. Although Italian State schools no longer offer this exam, it may be useful if a student leaves H-FARM and wishes to continue with schooling back in the Italian state system. For families planning on staying at H-Farm through MYP, H-FARM also offers an optional internal, H-ASSESSMENT exam, similar to the Esame Quinta Elementare. It provides Italian Y5 students with testing experience within a formal exam administered by MYP and DP facilitators off-site in MYP/DP
Please join us to learn more about the two different forms of assessment, and if either is the right one for your child. At the end of the meeting, we will be asking parents to commit to either the External exam, Internal exam, or No exam, as we need to provide numbers to the local school we are working with. Please note, for those parents who do not wish for their children to take the exam in any form, you do not need to attend this meeting.
